how much do you think it would cost...
To take over part of our garage and turn it into a full bathroom. The laundry room with water/sink is right on the other side of the wall.

depends on how much plumbing need to be re-worked. We are converting part of our garage to expand our den and move the bathroom. With all the work including electric and plumbing, solid oak floors, crown moulding in both rooms it was estimated at $13500.
