Termite Companies
The people buying our house requested we get a separate termite inspection and treatment if needed. We had one six years ago when we bought this house and it showed previous damage, but no current live termites.
So, I had a company come today and they said they don't see any current termites, but that they don't come out in the winter and that they can do a treatment for only $700!!
What do we do? How do we know if they are telling the truth? Can anyone recommend a reputable company??

Try Knockout...That's who the previous owners of my house used when we moved in and we had a contract with them for a year after. We were very pleased. HTH!

What company did you use? We had Terminex. What about Orkin or Arrow?

We've used Arrow for bee issues. I highly recommend them. However, they do cost a bit $$$, but it so worth it as they do the job safely and correctly, IMO. We haven't had issues since they came. <Knock on wood>
