Re: If you use tinted moisturizer..
I just started using it and I don't use primer
I put on face cream and then the tinted moisturizer
my skin looks so much better (I never worn anything before- just some bronzer and now I wear TM, blush and a chanel highlighter)

Re: If you use tinted moisturizer..
I wouldn't use a primer with a tinted moisturizer because the moisturizer is supposed to "sink in."

So primer can be used in place of any moisturizer? Also if you use bronzer do you need a powder to set your makeup?

No. Primer is for liquid foundation. It goes on after moisturizer & creats a smoother seurface, so that foundation doesn't sink in to pore & lines.
Tinted moisturizer is lighter & is supposed to sink in, so it moisturizes--it won't look cakey like foundation can.
I consider powder optional--if you have drier skin, I'd skip it, but you don't really need to set tinted moisturizer, since it sinks in more & is less noticebale. Adding powder will proabably just defeat the pruprose, sicne TM is usually used ot give a more natural look.
Whether or not you use bronzer shouldn't really make a difference in your powder decision, but I suppose you could powder first, then bronze, if you use a powder bronzer & find it hard to blend b/c your make up is too tacky.
