May Road Trip - Which do you think is better?
We will be attending BIL's JHU graduation in Baltimore in May and want to make a family vacation out of it. It will be the last week of May.
We plan to stop by Philly 1 night and DC 1 night anyways. We want to go somewhere else that is geared towards children for about 3 nights.
Which do you think is better for a 15 month old?
A. Hershey Park/Dutch Wonderland B. Sesame Place C. Busch Gardens
Any other suggestions that is between NYC and Virginia? We'd be willing to drive 2-3 hours out of the way.

For a child your DC's age I would think Hersey/Dutch Wonderland would be the best. I haven't been to Busch Gardens in eons, but I remember my younger sister (5 year age difference) being left behind as my brother & I did all the rides.
