I am NEVER wearing an under wire bra again
After having mastitis once and clogged ducts 2x since Amelia's birth, I had sworn off under wire bras. On Tuesday we had our pictures done so I wore one to make the girls look perky, and boy was that a mistake!
I woke up Tuesday night shaking, vomiting, and had a fever of 103. Yep, I had mastitis AGAIN! I spent most of yesterday vomiting and shaking while feeling intense pain in my boob. Today I feel somewhat better, but my boob is killing me.
Why does this keep happening to me

Is the underwire bra that you wore, a nursing bra? I always wear a non underwire nursing bra but I do have one nursing bra with underwire. I wore it once and didn't have a problem... I think they are made with the wire extra low so it doesn't harm any breast tissue.
