BFing and eating tuna fish....
Is this a a no no? I had no craving while pregnant...and now...I crave something new everyday. Today is tuna...can I have some?

I do. very limited, but I've had it a few times since he's been born (14 weeks today)
I avoided it COMPLETELY during pregnancy, but the food exchange is different now and I feel better about it.

Same for me. Although, DH insists I shouldn't eat it and all I've been craving the past eight weeks is a tuna hero from our deli.

My doctor recommends completely avoiding certain very high mercury fish like swordfish while pregnant, nursing or TTC. Other higher mercury fish like tuna should be eaten in moderation. I avoided tuna almost entirely while pregnant, but have had it in moderation while nursing.
