Spinoff on Bathrooms:
We have a small upstairs full bath and I'd love to replace the tub, toilet and vanity. Nothing too fancy. Anyone does this recently? I have no idea how much this would cost? Is this like 2k or 10k...Pics would be great thank!

Re: Spinoff on Bathrooms:
i priced out bathroom items since we were going to do the bathroom: toilet is around $240 for a koehler that we liked, cast iron soaking tub would be $300 and vanity we wanted all wood and found one with a solid sink top to be $500. You can get vanities as low as $80 depending what you would like.
As far as labor that depends on what you use. Since your not doing tile i would think you could find someone like a handyman to do it for 1K if not less.
