That is way too low for a fully redone home in N Bellmore. That house should be over $500k at least.

it's in contract for $410k with an FHA loan
it doesn't say it was NOT a short sale
9 days on the market in January- underpriced in my opinion
no inside pics...for that house...very odd
maybe the inside does NOT match the outside
could be unfinished and the FHA loan could be a 203k rehab loan
also- a non-local agent...why use a queens agent for this house - and the new owner lives in queens too
no other LI listings for this company
could be a flip that flopped...b/c the comission was only $2k....that is way low for a normal sale

I agree something went on with house... I jsut looked up the listing...Lots of questions, 9 days, broker builder business, could be the inside wasnt finished

From what we saw when looking at houses, if there were no pics avialable online, that usually meant that the house should be leveled.....even if it looked great from the outside!

The condition is only listed as good - so it must be a wreck on the inside
