STAR Question
We Bought our house in late March 2009, after the deadline for the STAR program. So we just get a letter and an application today, and I was wondering. Once we send this in, how long before we see a reduction in our payments? Or when does it "kick in" per say.

we bought our house in March 2008 and did not get the STAR rebate in 2009 because it was passed the date. We sent in the application in 2008 and are hoping to get it this year

agape - you should see it this year since its 2010...You applied in 2009 to take effect now
ryeguy - you will see this 2011. You are applying now to take effect next year.
