Town of North Hempstead was today too, DH ran there with the paperwork and got it done in about thirty seconds.

if I am remembering correctly, Town of Babylon is March 31, and Town of Islip is March 1. The first year we moved we lost STAR because I foolishly assumed the towns were the same and missed the TOI deadline by like 1 week.
