Pre-fab homes?
Does anyone have one? I have heard of them...
I was curious, assuming you have the land to put one on...what do they cost? Say a 4bdrm 3 bath?

we are getting a 3 bedroom 2 bath and the base before customizing the home is $89k. After all is said and done we paid $103K for a raised ranch.

So funny...DH and I saw this special on log cabins and we are curious about them, too. I think that you do have to take care of the foundation before they come.

DH and i already had land and we have to take care of the foundation first. I live in Maine but i went through Showcase Homes of Maine.

you have to run electricity/water and utilities to the house and through it also at an additional cost, right?
