edited with photos! Help me decorate (hide) this window!!
Hi Everyone,
Help me hide this window. It's not centered to the wall. And, the furniture pieces only fit on the walls where I have them...so, there's no option for rearranging the furniture.
The window faces my neighbor's bedroom window and we have central air, so it will be closed 100% of the time, all year round.

Do you have a pic of the room?
ETA: sorry I see that you are resizing.

Re: edited with photos! Help me decorate (hide) this window!!
I would do a wall of curtains. From one side all the way to the other This way no one really knows where the window is. You could do sheers if you don't want it to be heavy drapes.
ETA: or you could just trick the eye and make the curtains go past the bed on each side, but not all the way to the end of each wall. Basically you will make the bed looked centered in front of the window. If you buy curtains that you don't see through, than no will know where the window is. Let me see if I can find some pics.

I've seen on t.v. shows (before they took my HGTV away) that one way is to do some sort of drapery over the whole wall behind the bed

So, extend a curtain rod beyond the other side of the bed, so it's "even" in appearance?

Yup. that is what I would do. It will also make it look like you have a bigger window there.

I was going to suggest this.

some ideas
But you can do all solid curtains so you can't see where the window is. HTH.

Never mind...I see my other suggestion wouldn't work in this case.
