name your contractor please!!

i'm in desperate need of a contractor. we just bought a hi ranch and we're converting the 1st floor into a mother/daughter. we had found a contractor before we moved in, we moved and the contractor hasn't called us back! we found another one and he can't start it for another 6 to 8 weeks and i might blow my brains out if i have to wait that much longer PLUS the 4-6 weeks its gonna take to finish before getting my in laws out of our part of the house. we were supposed to be half way done with the construction by now and i'm just going nuts :( did anyone use a contractor for a major renovation?? please help!

They did our dormer and we LOVED them! They finished exactly when they said they would and it was only $60 more than the quoted price! So nice and professional to work with
