Spinoff to a car lease....
We have a Nissan lease that is up in October. I know I could turn it in early early for another Nissan, but I think I want a Toyota next. Will other car makers take over a few months of my existing lease? Is this even a possibility? I'd love to get a new car before October especially since I know I will go over miles by October.

Alot of the time they'll pay off the rest of your lease to switch you over...call around and ask!

That's not always the case. When I leased my truck the dealer paid off my car loan (wasn't a lease) and did NOT roll it into my payments. It's worth a shot to ask if it's soemthing you want to do. Just make sure you go over the math and know for sure they're not rolling it into your payments. It's not worth it if they roll it in.

They don't pay off your lease, they roll the existing payments into your payment w/ them .........
Which is fine, if you're just looking to get out of your lease early, but don't kid yourself, they're not doing you any favors !!

Agree with this 100%...you will ALWAYS pay the end of that lease, one way or the other!
