We got our Commitment Letter!
We are just waiting on the seller's bank. It is a short sale,..so we have time. However, it is a step in the right direction!

congrats!! we just closed on dec. 14 on a short sale too
we signed the contract aug 26!!
the sellers bank took FOREVER!!
hopefully yours will be quicker
where is the house?

Do you know who their bank is? I can give you my opinion based on my experinces- not every bank is super slow

I do not know which bank it is,...can I ask my lawyer? He bought a 60 day limit into our contract.

If only it was that simple...banks don't generally pay attention to that
If you fm me the address I can pull the tax record and see who the lien holder is
