I have a pair of skinny jeans from Old Navy I bought last year and they are still dark
I also bought a pair of Joes Jeans last year and they are still pretty dark too. They did get just a little bit lighter after washing a few times.

Gap...I have them and they are as dark as you can get before black. Plus no wiskering so they are look nice.
I think all dark jeans fade though unless you bring them to the cleaners because the type of dye they use. Also washing in cold water inside helps.
One tip I saw on rachel ray when Kyan (from queer eye) was on, he said after a wears to roll up your jeans and put them in the freezer for 48 hours. He said the cold kill bacteria. I am going to assume though that is only good if your jeans aren't actually dirty dirty.

I bought two pair at Express and The Gap and washed them both, and they didn't fade.

American Eagle Outfitters. I do not have the super dark ones but I know they exist and they at least appear to be fade resistant.

There is a brand called !it that is sold at Nordstrom. I love their skinny jeans. they are so inky and dark. I have to wash them (I don't wash my jeans that often) because it's just that time, and I am PRAYING that they don't fade.

I agree with J Brand! I've also never had a problem with Seven for All Mankind, but J Brand is better for what you are looking for.
