how much would you pay ...
for a brand new 2 bed/2bath condo, stainless and granite, laundry 1700 sq. ft, high end finishes, moldings, doors, fixtures etc. Massapequa (to rent?!)

Probably like $1,800/month = utilities.
Only because you can rent whole houses with backyards for around $2,000 now

Is it "East Massapequa"? With Amityville schools? That would drastically reduce the value of the home there as compared to one in the Massapequa SD.

Is it "East Massapequa"? With Amityville schools? That would drastically reduce the value of the home there as compared to one in the Massapequa SD.

DH and I were so excited and wanted to buy a condo in Massapequa, then the very last question I asked was the school district, and it was Amityville. Most beautiful condos I have seen but SD was a deal breaker

I could see it being $2500+
that's what they wanted for my apartment- (not what I ended up getting it for) but I do have a direct oceanview...but no granite, nothing high end- but the location
