Calculating weeks?

Sorry if this a dumb question

I know my date on conception since I had an iui. However I read online that they really start counting the weeks starting at your LMP. So on Dec. 6 was my iui but my LMP was Nov 18th, so am I 4 weeks or only 2 weeks?

4 weeks- it's a weird pregnancy math thing. That always bugged me haha. I'm like "so for the first 2 weeks of my pregnancy, I wasn't even pregnant!"

ETA: I've realized that there is no such thing a dumb question for first time preggos! I've had so many questions throughout this pregnancy that I thought were dumb, but the truth is- how could you know if you've never gone through it before?! So don't hesitate to ask!

You count from your LMP.

I used an online calculator and plugged in my LMP which then gives you your conception date. I adjusted my cycle length so that my conception date was the date of my IUI.
