Dreading getting hair cut...

Okay, I love the girl that does my color. She is fantastic. BUT the guy that owns the salon is a MAJOR control freak! He literally will tell you what you HAVE to do with your hair, and won't listen to you otherwise! He definitely has a great eye, and has suggested some things to me that I ordinarily wouldn't have considered, BUT it makes me so uncomfortable when I tell him I want to keep my hair long, and he says "honey, you need to get rid of this high school cheerleader look you have going on. I'm chopping off your hair today".

I was seriously like this speechless, and he cut my hair into something that looked good but was an absolute NIGHTMARE to style the last time.

WWYD???? Stop going there? Trust his eye? Be more of a b!tch and tell him NO when he starts telling me what to do?

If you can't tell, I hate confrontation.

Tell him no, you didn't like your hair last time and this is how you want it (show a pic if you need to). If he still insists on not listening, tell him that you will now just be getting your hair dyed there and cut elsewhere.

move on to another salon.

no way would i just have someone do what they wanted and tell me i needed to cut my hair off.

I would get my color done there if the person is that good, but I would find someone else in the salon to cut or move from the salon entirely.

It is your hair. I would tell him no and find someone else to cut your hair.
