Looking for a casual but festive top for xmas eve for post-partum mom
DS is only a month old so I'm not at my best but would like to try to look good and we got to my family on xmas eve but it's very casual so I'd love to get a top but not exactly out and about shopping like I usually am so I'm limited in how much time I have to browse. Also I"m on unpaid maternity so I can't splurge either. I'd be grateful for any suggestions. Also I'm a redhead so I prefer green to red but am open to other colors, i.e. silver, gold, etc. I usually wear jeans or black pants xmas eve if that helps

Did you check out NY&Co. online they don't have much but I feel like there stuff looks better in person sometimes.

i'm positive you could find something in Kohls. They had a lot of banded bottom tops with a little flow in the waist area. Or you could opt for a cute sweater dress from there too

Did you check out NY&Co. online they don't have much but I feel like there stuff looks better in person sometimes.
you read my mind. I looked ONline and there was nothing. Not sure if I'll get there in person. we'll see. Didn't want to waste a trip unless I was sure they had something.

Thanks for trying to help Adrianna. But you flatter me, tank top? I think not. even b4 kids i didn't feel like I had the figure for that. But really it's b/c it's crazy hot at my Aunts house b/c there's so many of us. I have 40 first cousins and they all have spouses and kids and a dozen of my Aunts/Uncles plus their spouses so even though I'd normally love a sweater that's the one occasion I'm better off with a short sleeve shirt. I may just wear something I've worn in a previous year b/c I don't have the time or a dress which is fancier than I intended but at least they're in my closet already.
