Anyone use a "we will buy your house" company?
We have an investment property that we are just DYING to unload.....it's just been a nightmare for us for the past 2 years and we are desperate.
So much so that I am seriously considering one of these companies but have no idea if they are legit or even work.
Anyone?

Hmm maybe your investment property is in the same area ours is, because ours is turning into a nightmare as well. The property value went down about 50k so we can't even refinance.
it's a condo down south so not worth much and we are sick and tired of it.

If you do decide to use one of these companies, do thourough research on them.
I used to work in foreclosures and heard so many horror stories about people using these companies. I personally would not use them, but if you decided to do it, be very careful.

b/c companies like those are looking for people in distress....pre-forclosure to get the properties below market value
