We waited over 6 months now to get an answer from the bank if they would except our offer and still nothing!! DH and I decided last night to pull out and start over again!!! This house process sucks!!
Just had to vent!!

6 months is ridiculous. Shame on them.
If you waited that long, it's likely the current homeowners were still somewhat current on their payments and the bank probably wouldn't approved it anyways.

Actually they don't even live in the home anymore it has been empty for almost 2 years now!! Divorced couple!!!
