Fever but acting fine
DD had a fever of 103.8 last night - gave her tylenol and it came down to 98.9.....slept all night as usual and this morning it's back up to 101.5.....I am going to call the ped to take her in just to be on the safe side. She has no other symptoms - so what could it be?

I would see if they can test for a UTI. My niece had a really high fever and no other symptoms and ende dup in the hospital with a bad UTI.
