16 weeks PP and I am thinking about joining WW
I gained 40lbs during my pregnancy and i lost about 30-33 of them. my weight fluctuates... im not sure why... those 2-3 lbs. After my pregnancy I feel like I lost my appetite, I will eat one meal a day. I know its bad so I'm going to try to change my ways. Now if I join WW (I can do it online right?) is this a yoyo affect? If i lose lets say 15--18 lbs (what I want ) will i gain it back? i go to the gym about 3x a week but i need some extra help.

It's worth a shot. I have never done WW but so many people seem to have success on it. Eating one meal a day I feel like is not healthy for your body. My friend has done WW and she swears that it teaches you the correct way to eat.
Good luck!

on WW you have to eat on a regular basis. i was a one meal a day person and went on WW and lost 30 lbs. You will yo-yo if once you drop the weight you go back to the old ways.....its a lifestyle change not a diet.
Keep up the gym....but 90% of losing weight is food driven....

I personally think the mtgs are better....I did both and felt like I wasn't as dedicated online as when I went to mtgs. I have kept my weight off for 2 yrs now and I still go to meetings. I happen to love the group I go to and that I think is part of the success with mtgs. Keep changing til you find one you like.
Plus in mtgs you always get good tips from others.
