Funny that legwarmers are back in style and skinny jeans... Both remind me of the 80's. Target always has some fun 80's looking tops and maybe a tutu syle skirt with legwarmers.

I would wear black leggings and a long sweater off one shoulder with my hair in a side ponytail....and maybe for a little extra go with the legwarmers.

Great - thanks everyone!! I have short short hair so I guess I'll try to "biff" it.
No crimping or ponytails. 
eta: I already have skinny jeans - so I'll get leg warmers and maybe some Reeboks. LOL. I'll try Target for the tops - thanks!

When I went for a bachelorette party, I bought an off-the-shoulder long t-shirt at Strawberry with these neon colors on it and wore it with leggings and heels.

OMG I had so much fun when I went for my bach party!!
We didn't dress 80's because we went out after but a ton of people were dressed up.
