It went sooooo smoothly and I'm now a HOMEOWNER. It feels amazing! It was so great to meet the sellers and hear all the great things about the house and the family that built it. It was so emotional for both of us!

Yes. we have officially closed as well and are homeowners!!!!! The whole process was about 2 hours... I think we did more waiting around for checks to be cut than actual signing... I expected a cramped hand and it wasnt that bad LOL We decided to move to some stuff, and then we popped the champagne... drank the whole damn bottle, and now i feel like crapola   ALL worth it though 
I loved meeting the seller as well... very nice guy... telling us about all the ins and outs of the community... how the neighbors are, etc lol But we felt bad for him... his mother just passed away about 2 weeks ago and he was only moving to go take care of her... really crappy situation... I overheard him telling his atty that his mother's house is too big for him and he just seemed so depressed
