a winter white top that has silver beading along the neckline for a work holiday party?

I'd like to see a picture of it too... but I think black pants would go nicely with it. What about black pants and then a pair of silver heels to pick up the sliver beading on the top?

I like that idea! I would also go with brown, I have a hard time wearing winter white with black as well.
