I'm so excited!!!!!
Now, some people might think I'm crazy for being excited over this, but my parents just put in an offer on a house about a mile away from me My dream growing up was to have my family in the same town as me, or close by. Right now, they live 45 minutes away and it's TOO FAR! My parents watch my DD and my nephew twice a week, so we see each other a lot, but still, this will be so fantastic. To be able to have dinner with them all the time and not have to drive 45 minutes is going to be so awesome!  I know that even if they don't get this house, they've already decided that they are moving to our town, so I'm thrilled

That's great! It's nice to be close to family. I currently live about an hour from my family and it stinks. The house I'm closing on this week is about 10 minutes away.

That def is exciting... My parents are considering the island... we're about an hour apart right now... It would be nice to have some of my fam close by...

I know the feeling. We purposely chose where we live because of it's proximity to my parents. We did the reverse. We moved to be closer to them and I wouldn't have it any other way!!
