The waiting game.....
We are in the process of bidding for a house for over a week already and we put in another offer 2 days ago and still waiting to hear back.
Honestly I feel like I'm in the 2ww waiting to POAS!  I just want to know it's ours!!!!!!!!!

Thank you!!  I can't wait to finally have holiday dinners at OUR HOUSE! Right now in our apartment there's limited space and a table that only seats 4!

Congratulations! Be sure to read your contract carefully, get it reviewed by a lawyer in your favor, schedule the inspection and celebrate!! :) So exciting!

Congratulations!!! We're in the same spot you are, so I know how it feels. Having to sit at home and wait for the phone to ring is the WORST.
Just know, it's going to continue for a week or so as the lawyers nitpick the contracts, and you will still be at home, not knowing what's going on... we had our lawyer propose one last change on Wednesday morning but the other lawyer was away for the holiday so we STILL don't know if everything's okay...
Anyway, congrats again! Good luck with the inspection!!!

Thank you!! Good luck and congratulations to you too!!!  I honestly can't wait till the holidays when all the contract stuff is settled and all we have to do is wait for move-in day! (at least I HOPE this will all be settled by the holidays!! )
