taking pictures of HPTs
What is the trick? No matter what I couldn't get the line to show
with the flash, i get a glare obviously but without flash it is too blurry
any suggestions? its a Canon powershot

can you put it by the window so there is plenty of light...and turn the flash off?

take a digital test! lol. I took the pic with my camera on my balckberry and it came out perfectly clear. lol .

Put it on the macro setting (the one that looks like a little flower) and turn off the flash.

I agree turn off the flash, and use an over head light. Try to place it on a darker background like a towel, or counter. I had to hold mine at a certain angle instead of it lying flat.

i dont remember how i got mine to come out but try no flash, if that doesnt work, tilt the camera upwards so the flash doesnt cause a glare...good luck!
