Angel Nails on Parsons Blvd in the Electchester shopping center. The girl who does it the best is named Michelle.

They are all pretty good there... so no recommendations for anyone in particular!

Oscar Nails on Francis Lewis Blvd., and I think it's 35th Avenue. They are amazing. Go to Fiona. The prices are sooo low too!
