Black Friday for Furniture?
Not sure if this is a stupid question, but do furniture stores participate in the black friday craze as well? We're going to be closing on our condo right around there and could def use a bedroom set, dining table, etc

Re: Black Friday for Furniture?
I was wondering the same thing!!!! if you go to blackfridayads.com there doesn't seem to be any on there so I'm thinking they are not huge on black friday.they may advertise "thanksgiving day" sales that are all week. IMO- the sales associates would not be able to handle the mass amount of volume that could rush the store since its not a simple thing to order. just as with any holiday veterans day columbus day etc. they usually run sales, thats why I'm thinking it will be thanskgiving, and they usually run for a week or so

Same thing happened to us last year when we were shopping for a cabinet to go under our flat screen TV....the salesperson told us to look for a coupon the Wed before Thanksgiving, then come in on Black Friday to place the order -- we saved 25% by waiting.
Quality from Ashley isn't the best, but we were looking for something VERY specific and finally found it.
