RE-FI related....It's a Miracle I tell ya!!
After 6-months of going back and forth with banks, getting the run around, nights of restless sleep.......I AM CLOSING TONIGHT ON MY RE-FI!!!! 
For those of you going through buying a home or doing a re-fi, just stick it out and don't loose hope. Banks are very hard to deal with these days, but don't give up, IMO I think that is what they want you to do!

Well not 6-months with one bank, I was going to the bank direct (Chase), that took 4-months of getting no where  and now I am using a broker because I could not deal anymore.
