Termites?

If any of you ladies have recommendations on a particular company? What are the costs and do you have service contracts with them?

I'm not sure where you're located but I use Suburban. They're based out of smithtown.

Whoever you use ask for the Sentricon system. Pricey but worth it. It was about $2000 to install and the yearly fee is $300 after that.

And don't feel bad...almost EVERY house on L.I. will have termites eventually

I've been using the company, Knockout, for work for something else (bed bugs -urgh).

They are an awesome company, very professional, very well trained. They might be more expensive than other companies but they are probably worth it.

if you just get a contract, it's like 250.00 per year, and it comes with a guarantee. they just come and spray once or twice a year.

i think that's good enough if you don't have a terrible issue.
