RAVE - House Masters pulled out a mircale for us
If you need someone to inspect your home please go to House Master's. Not only do they give you a great price, they give you the most incredible service EVER!!!!! They were kind enough to re-inspect our home within 20 minutes of us calling them since our mortgage company was pulling more b/s with us and send the report out so we still a chance to close on Monday.

I am so grateful for someone helping us out especially were we had two hours to get a report done otherwise we wouldn't be scheduled to close on Monday (late)! I am so glad we picked them a few months ago to do our report originally.
True professionals who actually care about their costumers!

I think it depends on the specific inspector you use. We used HouseMasters when we bought our house 6 years ago and the person they sent was terrible. I had to replace half my roof 6 months after moving in, because they missed water damage that my dad saw the minute he walked into the house the day we closed.
