Norstroms Outlet Shoppers
A question. About six Weeks ago I bought a Betsy Johnson bag at the Deer Park outlets. It's a large patent leather bag and by the time all the discounts were applied, I paid $180.
Just recently the top of the bag started fraying. Unfortunately, I don't have the receipt but did buy it on my AMex.
Do you think its worth trying to return without the receipt?? I know the store itself takes anything back but I've never returned anything to the outlet. Any thoughts???

I'm not sure, but in cases like that there's nothing to lose my trying!!!
Or, have you considered contacting the manufacturer? Maybe they will make good on it if you call and complain.....

Not Saks. Isn't the other high end outlet in Deer Park Nordstrom's????
Do you think they can look it up on my Amex?
I just assumed they could/would only look up their own store card.
