Rates for Jumbo Loans
Anyone recently get a rate for a loan amount bigger than 417k? We are looking for a 30 year fixed..20% down. Just seeing whats out there.

above $417 is no longer "jumbo", it's large balance conforming so you should only pay ~0.25% more than the conforming rates.

We are looking to re-fi so I don't know if the rates are different but 2 or 3 weeks ago we were quoted 5.25%
