What color fridge?
My cabinets are a coffee glaze color:
My granite countertop/backsplash/tiles are speckled black/white/hints of brown (to bring out the coffee glaze)
My stove is all black / my microhood is all black...
Would you get a black fridge / white fridge or SS fridge?

I also do have a few white appliances -- coffee maker / toaster oven / blender that I keep on the countertop.
Mom feels the black is "too much", and I feel the white is "too much"...S/S we have now and I hate keeping up with it b/c of all the scratches and fingerprints.

Not ridiculous at all. The guy at PC Richards tried to tell me to buy all the same brand (I didn't) but he just went on and on and on about how nice it is.

Get the frig to match your other major appliances. IMO if the major appliances don't match it looks unorganized. Plus down the road if you want to sell it is better if they all match color.

I also say black. It will match very nicely with the cabinets and the granite. I have black appliances with that color cabinets too. Also, you have black "trim" on the cabinets so I think it will look great. I actually think it will look better than if you had all SS.
