How did you know it was the one? House for you!?!?
My husband and I have been looking at about 10 homes in our range and finally found one we like. We could grow to love it,.. it would take time.
We would be comfortable in our mortage and could eventually work on it.
How do I know it is time to make an offer?!?!? How do I know this is the one?!?!?!?
This is the house I had the most potential and connection too.
HELP Please!

We saw our home maybe towards the beginning of our search but wanted to see what else was out there since I got that feeling right away that it could be "the one" but wanted to make sure.
The house was in our price range, in a good school district, and had room to grow and just needed cosmetic work, and it was financially right. Also helps that the block we live on is also the first name of my grandma who passed who I was really close to...

we did the same thing... kept coming back to the house we just signed contracts on.
DH loved it, but i was never a fan of the layout and style of this house. but after walking into it again, it was like "yup. this is it!"
it felt right...

When I saw it on MLS, I just had a feeling it was going to be "the one"... The kitchen/dr floor along with the vaulted skylight stuct me as standing out from the rest (we looked at a decent amt of condos in 2 diff complexes with all layouts being similar)... When we stepped inside, I just didnt want to leave... The amt of time spent there says alot... Also, we started imagining placing our funiture in it and what upgrades/updates we would do to it... I think thats when you know you are sold...
