TV Mounting Question
We want to mount a tv in our bedroom- has anyone seen one that has a shelf for the cable box or does anyone have an idea of what the heck I can do with it lol

I need the same answer for my kitchen. our bedroom we are going to buy a pc of furniture to put the tv on but in the kitchen I want it mounted on teh wall.

Put the cable box on some type of bureau/dresser against that wall. Fish the VIDEO/AUDIO wires only through the wall. Install a recessed electrical outlet behind the TV.

we have it on our dresser now but it blocks part of the mirror- do you think it will look dumb mounted in the bedroom- maybe I should try and find an armoire or something to hide it?

I had the same problem but I went out an bought a beautiful armoir to put the TV, DVD, Fios Box etc. The bottom has 4 drawers which I now use for storage so it worked out great for me. I close the doors when I am not using it and it makes the bedroom look clean without wires etc.
