Anyone's DH not a fan of the style this year?
My DH thinks all this stuff(riding boots, etc) is so masculine. A lot of the shirts are blousy-not form fitting. Anyone else?

my DH doesnt get any style unless its tight, short, and my boobs are popping out. anytime i get anything new i ask him what he thinks and his answer is usually "i dont understand it".

 I think most DH's think the same way. Whenever I get something new it's usually... how much did that cost? or... looks fine.
Everything looks fine to him! I could put on the same top three time and he'll say... I like the 2nd one best not knowing it was the same

at least mine will know it's the same shirt. but he also wore short sleeve button downs with jeans and sneakers til i told him i will not be seen in public with him like that.
he also tells me i'm getting more and more russian cause i like fashion that he doesnt understand and he doesnt understand anything outside of the gap.

DH doesn't like leggings/flat slouchy boots look. I don't think that's the most flattering look for me anyway so it's ok. He also doesn't like skinny jeans. He doesn't really commit to much else, although he does sometimes say things look like "my style." He would never tell me not to wear something though, if I like it it's fine

The Gap... that's my DH. Everything is from the Gap. All his jeans look alike.
Oh, and only reason he doesn't notice is b/c the TV is probably on and he never looked up

I generally don't follow what's "in style" from year to year- I just wear what I like.
If I don't like- I won't wear it- even if it's "in"
(Example- I won't wear plaid- EVER! Nor will I ever wear flats. Just not me.)
My husband is pretty good at picking out things that are MY style.Since he knows my style well he is great with buying me clothes as gifts.
However he has NEVER liked boots with skirts. He always says - Oh you are wering your F me boots today- anytime I wear ANY boot with a skirt.
As a matter of fact I never used to wear boots with skirts until maybe 2 years ago- because he HATED it so much.

My DH doesn't really like anything trendy - and I don't wear anything trendy unless it actually looks good on MY body - I could care less what's "in' this season - Unfortunately for me, Flat riding boots don't work for me, leggings and tunics don't work well for me either -
My wardrobe is pretty classic all the time -

gap, banana republic, ralph lauren, anything american. his style is very american and mine is very european.
mine doesnt look up either, he just goes "you look fine." or when he does look up "you're wearing THAT?" god forbid i wear yellow. he says i look like a banana.

Ditto!! Same here, on all accounts.
DH flipped out while ago when I wore distressed jeans (those that are already "ripped"). So I stay very casual and pretty conservative! I'm no skinny minnie either, so leggins or skinny jeans are not for me!

But they are "in style". So you HAVE to wear them!
If someone said a potato sack was in style next year, there would be a run on them...
