40 minutes with no traffic! We live in shirley & I will be delivering @ St. Catherine's in Smithtown. I will probably be at my parents when I get closer to my date. In that case, I will be less than 5 min away!

I am about 30 minutes away. Without traffic. I live in Long Island City and there is ALWAYS traffic on the LIE over there. I could take an hour or more.
So, we've decided that once I go into labor, as long as it is not the middle of the night, we will head to my parent's house, as they are only about 15 minutes away from the hospital.

It usually takes about 20 minutes to get there, but we could make it faster if need be!
