Is there a checklist somewhere of things to do once we close...i.e. lipa, cable, change of address from? I know I'm going to forget something!

I don't have a list but here are a few others:
Water Bill
National Grid (if u have gas)
You actually should contact all of the utility companies before you close so you can have the accts opened.
