Just a tip...we were out one night really early on and I ordered the cranberry and seltzer...it came in a pint size glass with a straw!! It was pretty obvious that everyone else had smaller glasses with stirrers and limes, etc.! So if you are really serious about it, make sure it's in the right glass with garnish 
LOL.....OK maybe the glass/garnish did play a small role in us detecting the news, but I think it was our Fabulous intuition that did it 
ETA: Keep in mind that with O'douls, although it is considered non-alcoholic it does contain about 0.4% alcohol

It was also the fact that I was turning down the electric blue shots ("windex") that the other girls were downing like candy
