Oy, oy, oy, it's ALWAYS somethiing!!!

So now our seller can't move out until the 20th and our rate expires on the 15th. So either we close and don't take possesion of the house until the 20th or try to get our rate extended. Why is always something?!??!?!

Sorry, just needed to vent!

Can you charge them 'rent' for the five days?

They have to pay the taes and some form of compensation, but at this point I would happy if she left the window treatments!

been there done that!! it's SOOOO annoying but it's good to close on the 15th to keep your rate. it will all be over soon and you'll be in your new home. just make sure there is $$ in escrow because you'll have to do 2 walk-throughs.
