If there's no missing 1 before the 6, then there's something fishy about it.

If you look at the property, unkept landscaping, for a house that size/neighborhood, that's the first clue.
I then looked at the realtor and googled David R. Maltz. They are an auctioneer.

Guessing the builder couldn't find a buyer or the original buyer never closed... something

Re: Fort Salonga - 5drms, 5.5 bths, 1.1 acres
for that price I would bet it's not finished on the inside
if they don't let you in before the auction- you might not know how much you are going to need to spend
could be lucky or could be a money pit!

Re: Fort Salonga - 5drms, 5.5 bths, 1.1 acres
the taxes indicate that there is no C.O. and depending on what went on it could be very expensive or even difficult to get a C.O. as a new owner. Also it would most likely need to be a cash deal since I highly doubt its finished to a level that would suit a lenders requirement.

Re: Fort Salonga - 5drms, 5.5 bths, 1.1 acres
it's a bankruptcy aution
starting bid is $699K
and it's 60% complete
it's a subdivision- 2 incomplete houses and 2 other lots
they are looking to get no less then $2.2M
and you need $75K cert. fund to bid

Yes and put a 2 in front of the taxes because there is no way the taxes are going to stay that low!!

I know these two houses.....they are gorgeous but I don't think completely finished. Looks like the contractor ran out of money......

Re: Fort Salonga - 5drms, 5.5 bths, 1.1 acres
the listing says "**Home Under Construction. Appx 60% Complete**
im sure that explains why; no appliances and not livable
good price if you have time and money to finish
