for those attending the October/Halloween GTG on 10/17/09
in order for this to be the fabulous GTG it should be  we will need some help!!
here is a list of things we need - don't forget, this is a Halloween party!
plates: julz33 (large and dessert)
cups: Michelle1123
napkins: Mkr09
utensils: Tine73
drinks for kids: KateDevine, juice boxes
drinks for adults: ChrisDee, one 2-liter reg. soda and one 2-liter diet soda; OctMommy08, iced tea; DmarieK, bottled water
desserts: Ang-Rich, cupcakes and apple cinnamon muffins; littlejoy06, brownies; SweetCaroline, DD munchkins; MrsSteflily, raisins
adult appetizers: Mkr09, chikita315, Tine73
more than one person can bring something in, but keep in mind that at this time there are only going to be 26 children and 24 mommies.
i will be in charge of decorations and goody bags
so... who wants to bring what?
and what am i forgetting?

I'll bring cups. I guess we only need them for the adults since the kids will have juice boxes.

I'll bring napkins and something for the parents to snack on while the kids are playing..like spinach dip, chips, or cheese and crackers

I would feel bad not bringing something. I wish I saw this earlier. Can I help with the goody bags or the decorations or something?
A package of baby wipes...seriously! Between washing their hands to eat or after playing and cleaning up after them I always find baby wipes to be the biggest help. Kate and I go through a bunch at GTGs for our guys!

that's a great idea!
also, if you (or someone else!) wants to help me by coming about 15 minutes early to tie the balloons that would be a huge help

No problem :) I'll bring it :) And clorox wipes to wipe the other stuff down :) And I can probably get their early.
