i did it- i made it official
after months and months of saying i wanted to do a 5k and never even making an attempt to follow through, i actually signed up today!
i'm doing the Dog Run Dog 5k in Smithtown on Nov 14th 
my pup and i have been running ( i use the term loosely as we're both pretty rusty) the past two days and after debating if i could actually do it, i just said "F It, i'm signing up!"
funny part is, i'm totally excited for it! even if i can barely finish a mile right now
