Cleaning wood floors
My new house that we r closing on soon has all wood floors!!
I never had wood floors before, what is the best way to clean them? I think I want to get a canister Vacuum because I heard those are better for wood. I have a dyson animal but I know on my tile floors at home it doesn't work well...It works great on the carpet though.
so which Canister vacuum should I get and what type of cleaner do you use for the floors?

I got a small handheld vacuum for the wood floors but for cleaner, I swear by Method's Omop and wood floor cleaner...nothing else has worked in this house and we have almost all wood floors as well..if you have your bed bath coupons you can use them at harmon and get it for less than target, but it is well worth it..

I use the Bissel Versus to vacuum and then use the shark steam mop after that

The new Dyson DC23 not the old model... But the best is the Dyson DC22...

I also have the Bona Hard wood floor cleaner...but i only use maybe 1X per month. My weekly routine is sweep all the floors and then use the Muphy Oil Soap w/Hot water-that gets them really clean and leaves a nice shine
