when house hunting
did you spend an hour at a house and not make a bid?
just wondering - we had someone here on Monday for an hour and nothing yet. Although my coworker said it took her hour showing a month and a half to make a bid
we also looked at a house for an hour recently, but can't bid until we sell.

I don't even think we spent a whole hour in the house we bought, until the inspection.
Clearly they are interested, but they might also be interested in another house as well. Maybe they're in "compare and contrast" mode?
